You will be able to contact the tutor directly when you are matched with a tutor. Feel free to contact them to schedule your first session.

Before your first session, make sure to confirm with your tutor your preferred payment method. We accept:

Manually, (please kindly complete the payment promptly after each session to avoid late fees):

• E-transfer to payment@cognivolt.ca 

• Cash (changes are not guaranteed)

• Cheques, make all payable to Tri Nguyen

Automatically every week through Stripe, (an additional $2/hour fee applies to cover the transaction fee):

• Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc...)

• Apple/Google Pay

• Canadian PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit)

• Afterpay (Buy Now Pay Later)

Other arrangements can also be made. Please contact us to see if we can make it work!

Show up to your first session. Please bring along your courses materials an any relevant documents that would help.
