Courses offered change regularly, depending on the availability of the tutors, feel free to reach out at contact@cognivolt.ca if your specific course is available. Similar courses (e.g. CHEM 101/103) may be offered as well. 

• All first year Engineering courses: (MATH 100, 101, 102; CHEM 103, 105; PHYS 130; EN PH 131; ENGG 130)

• Non-discipline specific Second year Engineering courses: (MATH 201, 209; ECE 209)

• Discipline specific courses:

  • ECE courses: (ECE 202, 203, 210, 212, 240, 302, 303, 340, 341, 342, 360, 370, 456, 471; PHYS 230; MATH 309)

• Miscellaneous courses: (ENG M 405, BIOL 108, ECON 101, BME 513, CHEM 261) 

• Alberta high school: (MATH 10, 20, 30, 31; Science 10, 20, 30; Physics 20,30; Chemistry 20,30)

Check out Our Team to see our tutors. When signing up, the student will be matched with a tutor that works best with the students availability and requests. Students are also typically matched to tutors who already have taken the course before, who are aware of the content and the assessment style of the course.

All in-person tutoring will be done either on the University of Alberta campus, at our Downtown Edmonton office, or at place student's house. Sessions are typically conducted at the Engineering buildings (e.g. ETLC), libraries (e,g. Cameron or Rutherford), or other locations on campus or other aforementioned places that best suited for the students - please let us know if that would be the case.

Students will receive a Google Meet link ahead of time, and the contents taught will be written and screenshared through a tablet.

The rate is $35/hour $30/hour, subject to change. The rate is the same for all tutors. Payments methods are listed here.
